Hand-harvested from vineyards rich in volcanic ash, each grape is selected with the care that only centuries of winemaking can inspire. The journey from vineyard to glass is a labor of love and respect: first aged in French barrique to lend elegance, then in American oak casks to build depth. For two years, it takes on layers of spice and smoke, followed by another two years resting in glass, honing its character.
