Each bottle begins with hand-harvested Aglianico grapes, meticulously selected and brought to the cellar. There, they embark on a journey: maturing first in French barrique to gain elegant depth, then resting in large American oak casks for four years. Finally, the wine settles in glass bottles for a year, quietly gathering complexity.
