The Appellation

In the heart of the Northern Rhône Valley, the appellation extends over more than 1600 hectares. The Crozes-Hermitage are available in reds, made from Syrah, and whites from Roussanne and Marsanne. The soils are quite diverse. Our vineyard is spread over 3 terroirs: the stony terraces of Les Chassis and Larnage to the north, with the white soils of the Château (kaolin) and the high terraces of the Rhône with pebbles (loess).

The Vineyard
We work our vineyard by mechanical weeding, we promote biological control, biodiversity, demanding green work and cultural innovation. Our objective is to validate the work accomplished through recognized certifications (HVE, organic farming, etc.).

Harvest
All our grapes are harvested by hand and selected on the plot for the first time. Extra attention is given to the whites, harvested in 8kg boxes and cooled for 24 hours for pressing at low temperature. The harvest is spread over 3 weeks in conviviality and sharing! The reception of the grapes by vibration makes it possible to preserve the quality of the berries.
