TASTING NOTES ON THE GOLDSCHMIDT DOUBLE ROCK 'ULTIMATUM' 2017 - Grapes from the two-acre block are from 30 year old vines producing tiny berries in loose clusters. The small production 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is statuesque and well structured, with spiced cedar and blueberry licorice. Wildflowers bloom from sweet earth.
