Today, Paul is the owner and winemaker for Sebastopol, California based wineries, Paul Hobbs Winery and Crossbarn; Hillick & Hobbs in the Finger Lakes, New York; as well as his international partnerships, Viña Cobos (Mendoza, Argentina), Crocus (Cahors, France), Yacoubian-Hobbs (Armenia) and Alvaredos-Hobbs (Galicia, Spain).

Situated on the southeastern banks of Seneca Lake, our estate vineyards’ steep slopes and row orientation encourage excellent air flow and early ripening. The 2020 is crisp and bright with fragrant aromas of gardenia followed by layers of pear, citrus, and crushed rock that are mirrored on the palate. A long finish is extended by crisp acidity and lingering minerality.
