La Magnolia
The Cozzarolo family has been producing a full line of indigenous and international varietals in Friuli snce the 1960's. Pinot Grigio La Magnolia is a characterful white wine produced with Pinot Grigio grapes from the Friuli region of Northeast Italy.
Winemaking
The whole grapes are gently pressed and the free-run must obtained is decanted statically under cold conditions. Fermentation and maturation take place “sur lies” in stainless steel at controlled temperatures.
Sensory notes
Bright and lively straw yellow with greenish highlights. Fruity and floreal. Hints of acacia flower and exotic fruits. dry, elegant, fresh.
