Paul Hobbs has sourced from the small, revered hillside site since the winery’s founding in 1991. Plentiful daytime sun exposure is balanced with cooling morning and evening fog coming from the top of San Pablo Bay to allow fruit to develop rich flavors while retaining bright acidity. 

Produced since Paul Hobbs Winery was founded in 1991, The Richard Dinner Vineyard Chardonnay has the hallmark of white flowers and honeysuckle grace the aromas followed by a creamy palate of Crème brûlée and ripe pear.
