Well, it was the 21 Club. An iconic New York City bar/restaurant that never lost it's luster. It was the principal rival to The Stork Club during prohibition, hosting celebrities and politicians. Mayor Jimmy Walker is purported to have been hiding in it's secret cellar dining room from T-men executing a Volstead Act raid on the place when he had the NYC police tow away all the cars of the federal agents! It survived prohibition but proved no match for COVID. It lives in legend and in the legend is captured here.
