This classic Scotch Whisky is produced in Speyside region of northeast Scottland where they utilize water from the naturally occurring Tarlogie Springs. The water in the Tarlogie Springs is unique in that it is a rain water basin that is filitered deep in the ground through limestone and sandstone giving it the distinctive quality of 'hard' water. Also unique to Glenmorangie are their large copper stills that are said to be the tallest in Scottland which gives the final product it's distinct light crispness.

Glenmorangie 18 year Single Malt Scotch spends 15 years in American oak casks before a portion is transfered into Olorosso Sherry casks for the final 3 years. After the barrel aging process is complete they are blended back together to create the silky, smooth final product that is Glenmorangie 18 Year. It is complete with rich marmalade flavours brush against honey and fig, touches of caramelized orange and far-off campfire smoke.
